Who is Dr. H?
To really know Dr. H... I have to take you back to where the story began.
The story started with a problem... a problem with the way we learn dentistry.
About 15 years ago, I was a student just like you, living the same struggles you're living now. Dentistry felt hard to understand and memorize, and needed huge effort to pass... and I was tense and anxious the whole time.
The pressure got so bad I didn't even like the college anymore, missed my first-year exams, and stayed home for a whole year.
So when I tell you I understand you — it's not just words... I lived it before you.
The confusion, the pressure of the curriculum, the last-minute panic before exams, and the question always on your mind: where do I start? How do I understand it? What actually matters?
But the story didn't stop there 🔥
I had questions that wouldn't leave me alone:
- Why isn't difficult information explained simply?
- Why memorize something I could just see and understand?
- And why does every student start the journey from zero, alone?
I tried, made mistakes, and learned... until I found the approach that changed everything:
- ✓ See it and understand it instead of memorizing it.
- ✓ Organize it instead of getting lost.
- ✓ Practice it to lock it in.
- ✓ And never get stuck alone.
And once I started understanding... I started loving dentistry ❤️.
And from there, something bigger began 🚀
I started explaining things to my classmates and younger students, and discovered that almost all of us were living the same struggles.
So I asked myself:
What if I shared the method that worked for me and used it to help others?
And from a simple explanation between students...
the story of DR.H Interactive Dentistry began.
So... who is Dr. H today?
Remember the student who missed his first-year exams and wanted to quit college?
That's Dr. H today ❤️.

I'm not telling you my story to show you how far I've come.
I'm telling you so you know the beginning never determines the ending.
Since 2018 I've been among thousands of dental students; I've taught thousands of them and seen the same journey with them.
That's why I don't just understand — I understand you, and the problems you're facing.
My goal isn't to give you a lecture and leave; it's to keep getting better with you until I see you as a confident, capable dentist who understands.
